Vitamin D3 is essential to fix calcium in the bones.
For its part, vitamin K2 has a synergistic effect with vitamin D.

How to use
Shock dose: 5 drops a day for 10 weeks (4,000 IU D3 and 100 mg K2).
Maintenance dose: Adults and children > 1 year: 1 drop daily (8,000 IU D3 and 20 mg K2)
