Food preparation to make broth, obtained from the bones and connective tissues of bovine freely fed on pastures.

Bone broth is high in protein (99%, more than 90% natural protein) and is a rich source of amino acids and vitamins B6 and B12.

It can be made into a delicious ready-to-drink broth, and can also be added to soups, stews or sauces to increase its protein value.

Provides 9.9 grams of protein per serving.

Gluten free, suitable for celiacs.
