How to use
Take one vial a day, directly or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice, and ingest immediately.
For children who practice
sports it is recommended to take 1 vial 20-30 minutes before the competition. Shake it before using.
ROAD OPENING SYSTEM:

1- Break and remove the security seal.
2- Screw the cap until it stops. The seal will break and the contents of the capsule will fall into the vial.
