How to use
Take 1 stick a day , directly in the mouth or previously diluted in a glass of water. (1 stick - 20 ml)
A 20 ml sachet - daily dose - provides approximately between 26.3 mg and 28.1 mg of caffeine and between 4.2 mg and 15 mg of (-) epigallocatechin 3-gallate (active ingredient in green tea). A daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-) epigallocatechin 3-gallate should not be consumed.
