  • How to use

    Take the recommended dose, preferably half an hour before breakfast.

    It can be taken directly or diluted in the indicated amounts in a glass with water or other liquid.

    - Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml).

    - Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml).

    - Children from 3 to 6 years: half a teaspoon (2.5 ml).

    Shake the bottle before each dose. One tablespoon: 10 ml. One teaspoon = 5 ml.
