How to use
1. Open the bottle and fill it up to 240ml with warm water.
2. Empty one sachet of NeilMed Sinus Rinse into the bottle and shake
3. Close the bottle.
4. Place the bottle cap in one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle until it touches the tube in the middle. The liquid will enter through the nostril and clean the paranasal nasal passages, it will be expelled through the opposite nostril.
5. Repeat the operation in the other nostril for a complete nasal cleansing.
