Hemp flour from the seeds.
This allows the hemp oil to be separated from what is called the biscuit: the rest of the seed. It is then dried, crushed and sieved.
A flour with a classic texture and appearance is obtained, except for its color.
It is green in color, with a slight nutty flavor.
It has a high protein content, substitutes a small amount of your usual flour, to increase protein.
It is an excellent flour for baking, adding the benefit of protein and fiber content.
Suitable for vegans.
Does not contain gluten.
