No added sugars; only naturally occurring sugars. Gluten free. -
How to use
1. Pour one sachet into 200 ml of cold or hot semi-skimmed milk.
2. Stir until completely dissolved.
Recommended amount: 1 to 3 sachets per day depending on nutritional needs.
