How to use
- Spray on the body 20 minutes before sun exposure, then every 2 hours and after each swim.
- For sun intolerances: Apply 2 weeks before exposure, once a day to the appropriate areas. For the first 3 days of exposure: apply every hour, and every 2 hours from the 4th to the 7th day.
