How to use
- Heliocare 360 Gel Oil Free SPF50 50 ml: Apply abundantly minutes before starting prolonged sun exposure. Reapply as many times as necessary.
- Heliocare 360 30 Capsules : Take one capsule with a glass of water or juice 30 minutes before prolonged sun exposure. It is recommended to start taking 15 days before the period of sun exposure. People with lighter or sensitive skin should apply an additional external sunscreen.
