How to use
- Heliocare 360 Age Active Fluid SPF50 50 ml: Shake before use. Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after prolonged baths or excessive sweating.
- Heliocare 360 30 Capsules: Take one capsule with a glass of water or juice 30 minutes before prolonged sun exposure. It is recommended to start taking 15 days before the period of sun exposure. People with lighter or sensitive skin should apply an additional external sunscreen.
