    Ginegea SPM, for Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It is a dietary supplement that helps improve the symptoms of PMS due to its active components based on vegetable extracts of Vitex Agnus Castus, angelica, Tanacetum parthenium, magnesium and vitamins B1, B6, E.

    Thanks to the synergic action of its ingredients, it has a beneficial effect in the premenstrual and menstrual period and helps to improve headaches, irritability, anxiety, depression, insomnia, mood swings, the inflammation and pain of breast, pain and bloating, as well as other psychic and physical symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
