(5 mg equivalent to 20 mg EP) Nighttime tablet (blue): Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-tryptophan (220 mg), anti-caking agents (tricalcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids), blue spirulina powder (Spirulina platensis), vitamins (B3 and B6), saffron pistil stigma extract (Crocus sativus L.) (6 mg equivalent to 30 mg EP). -
How to use
Take 1 tablet a day (white) in the morning and 1 tablet at night (blue), before going to bed, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
