Llevo utilizándolo un par de semanas, los primeros días lo note bastante ya que te hace una limpieza de intestinos brutal, después ya no es para tanto, supongo que ira en función de la cantidad que comes y que el cuerpo se acostumbra a tomarlo. Ya no me siento tan hinchada y mi barriga se ha desinflado un poco. Espero que a la larga vea mas resultados.
