Yo las tomo por la mañana en ayunas con zumo de piña, y con eso y un poco de ejercicio se nota que pierdes volumen.

Recomendado para cuando haces comidas copiosas, o tienes molestias tipo gases, pesadez, etc. En mi casa se toma todas las noches mezclada con infusiones digestivas.
