1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water every time you handle a bottle and sterilize all utensils for the first time.

2. Following the dosage table, pour the required amount of water into the bottle. It is advisable to use natural mineral water suitable for preparing baby food, and that it is lukewarm for better dissolution of the powder. If you use tap water, boil the sufficient quantity for 1 to 2 minutes and allow it to cool to 40ºC.

3. Measure out each dose exactly, using only the scoop found inside and using the leveler on the container.

4. Add the corresponding number of level, uncompressed measures to the bottle, following the dosage table.

5. Cover the bottle and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Add the previously sterilized teat.

6. Test the temperature of the food before giving it to the baby.

7. Once you have finished eating, throw away any leftover food and clean all the utensils used.
